There is no manual or rule book for life. It’s hard, it’s messy, it’s chaotic, but it’s also beautiful and inspiring and the most incredible journey you’ll get the opportunity to live every day. Some days are harder than others, overwhelming even, and it’s okay not to be okay, but we don’t have to stay there.

There is no “answer” to find through therapy, but together, we can find your inner strength, your confidence, your self-esteem, and empowerment to take control over your life and decisions and find your inner power to live the life that you want. I hope every one of my clients who comes to me with their unique challenges will always have a space where they feel safe, heard and validated, and leaves feeling a little lighter than when they came in. I strive to work together with every client to find a path forward to living their happiest, most authentic life.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a certificate in Child Advocacy from Wilmington University. Eventually, in 2022, I went back to school and earned my master's degree in Social Work at Delaware State University, during which I interned with Postnatal Support Advocates (501c3) a non-profit that supports postpartum birthing parents. While I am passionate about advocating for the voiceless, especially animals and children, I have also found fulfillment in providing peer breastfeeding support and working in maternal mental health. Whether you’re having a difficult time adjusting to a new baby, a new phase of life, struggling with the frequency or intensity of depression, grief or anxiety, or have some trauma to unpack, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
