THE RECLAMATION: A JOURNEY WITHIN (VIRTUAL EVENT) Join Molly for a 6-session deep dive into your heart with the goal of reclaiming your unique voice and allowing it to guide you forward in life. Similar to Yoga Nidra, this program emphasizes comfort and shifting out of reactivity. We don’t banish thoughts or punish ourselves for thinking during these sessions. Rather, through slowness and down-regulating our nervous systems, we gently release the ruminating, intrusive, and anxious thoughts, leaving space and curiosity for our inner wisdom to surface and offer us messages or sensations that help illuminate our journey. This immersive experience is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior background in meditation, yoga, or other similar practice. This immersive experience is for you if: -Feel like you’re living a life that’s not authentic to who you really are -Are exhausted by having to live life the way people expect you to -Feel constantly angry, frustrated, or reactive about what’s happening in your life -Know in your heart what you want to do, but are scared to take the next steps -Feel lost and confused within your life, and don’t know what to do next What to bring: -An open mind and heart -A new journal or notepad to write in and a pen -A blanket, pillow, and space to relax and be comfortable -Eye cover -An uninterrupted hour to devote to each session (extra time afterward to slowly integrate back into life would be magical as well!) SERIES DATES: 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/7, 8/14 *First session will be 1 hour and 15 mins. Subsequent sessions are 1 hour. *Please note that participants can attend as many or as few sessions as they would like. *You will receive a zoom link for each session 24 hours prior to the event. *Purchase a 6-session package for the price of 5 sessions. *Questions?
